Fraudulent defence aside, Darren Wilson is a free man because Sandra McElroy fabricated an account which backed Darren Wilson's version of events on the night he murdered Michael Brown.

There is no question that Sandra McElroy was entirely controlled by the prosecution because, when the media contacted her, she said, “After I speak with the prosecutor, attorney, and Police if they say its alright I will call you.”

If the prosecutor is not charged with obstruction of justice for abusing his power in this case, justice in the US is on life support or as stone cold dead as Michael Brown is.

According to a Smoking Gun Investigation; "In interviews with police, FBI agents, and federal and state prosecutors--as well as during two separate appearances before the grand jury that ultimately declined to indict Officer Darren Wilson--the purported eyewitness delivered a preposterous and perjurious account of the fatal encounter in Ferguson."

Sandra McElroy's fabrications were carefully packaged to convince the jury that Darren Wilson's preposterous defence was credible and as long as this grotesque obstruction of justice stands, you don't need a video to clearly understand the inexcusable and unjustifiable, cold blooded murder of Michael Brown.

This process is clearly broken and it has been abused

First and foremost, Prosecutor Robert P. McCulloch is a proven serial liar, and secondly, the Grand Jury process is a total farce in the hands of a prosecutor without integrity.
