When dignitaries like France's President, Charles de Gaule arrived in Washington at Dulles International airport for Kennedy's funeral, they looked like they were grieving. Dean Rusk, pictured above, looked like he was having the best day of his life, and indeed, he was.
As long as Kennedy was alive, Rusk was essentially unemployed because Kennedy was his own Secretary of State and in the eyes of Dean Rusk, he was a meddlesome, foreign policy amateur. Consequently, Dean Rusk used a government apparatus called the 'Special Group' to eliminate the obstacle which threatened his view of national security and that made the murder of the President an "act of relief".
Don't expect to find the truth about the murder of JFK in any document, it takes expert analysis, and that's what you will find here.
 The only way to unravel the truth is to uncover the history, piece by piece, and if you don't have the time to do that, this read is the best alternative.
