The Trial
validates the assertion of criminology professors Thomas Gabor and
Julian Roberts, who said that "when undue pressure is placed on the
system to make an arrest and achieve a guilty verdict, wrongful
convictions are sure to follow."
The plight of Guy Paul Morin is not unique. Publicity is the only
difference between our knowledge about the wrongful conviction of Guy
Paul Morin and other innocent victims who suffer at the hands of
ignorant, abusive
authorities.
The anatomy of abusive conduct is strikingly similar. Arrogant, abusive authorities embrace a fiction and they collect tainted evidence for the sake of advancing their faulty
assumptions. The Trial, defines the manner and conduct that is responsible for framing innocent victims like Guy Paul Morin and Scott Peterson. On the strength of DNA evidence, Guy Paul Morin was released from prison
about 3 years after The Trial was written and the point of this work is that you do
not need DNA evidence to define the simple, common sense fact that people like Guy Paul Morin and Scott Peterson have never harmed a single human being in their entire lives. Tragically, despite their obvious innocence, the ignorant, deceptive authorities who are responsible for framing people like Guy Paul Morin and Scott Peterson have not spent a single day in prison. Why not, they certainly deserve it? Needless to say, as long as they feel confident about their capacity to get away with destroying the lives of innocent people, overbearing, ignorant crackpots will continue to pervert the justice system.
Arrogant and ignorant authorities with a serious, 'common sense' deficit have always perverted justice, but their repugnant tactic are too stale, to survive even the most elementary degree of scrutiny.
Like Guy Paul Morin, before him, Scott Peterson did not murder anybody and he will always be absolutely innocent, because it is not even remotely plausible to suggest that Scott Peterson is guilty.
