Why do we ignore the cost of war?There is a new movement worldwide. It's called Assangeism --Revoking government's power to create reality through the construction of a convenient fiction that passes for truth.It is, without question, the most powerful force in the world because it is all about the truth. Evil may exist and it may even dominate, but it is always shadowed and ultimately destroyed because the belief that darkness can bury light is a delusion. The fact is, the light will always shine through no matter how big or expansive the darkness.
This darkness that is all around us is called prejudice and it's a crime. It is not a "typical" crime because the effect is widely misunderstood, but it ought to be outlawed.
Injury is a wrong or harm done by one individual to another individual's body, rights, reputation, or property and it is always the effect of prejudice which interferes with otherwise legally protected individual rights. Beyond prejudice, ignorance is equally pervasive but governments like to pretend that ignorance does not exist unless it is subject to statutatory regulation.
Real ignorance is not exclusive and it has to be recognized and acknowledged before it can be effectively opposed.
Moreover, without prejudice, there is no bias or predeliction to harm anybody, and consequently, nobody is ever harmed. Is that too difficult to grasp?
