The 1921 Stanley Cup Final was contested by the National Hockey League (NHL) champion Ottawa Senators and the Pacific Coast Hockey Association (PCHA) champion Vancouver Millionaires. The Senators defeated Vancouver three games to two in the best-of-five game series.
Eleven thousand fans, the largest number of fans to witness a hockey game to that point, saw the hometown Vancouver Millionaires defeat the Ottawa Senators 2-1 in game one of the series. But Ottawa came back, winning the next two games. Vancouver made the best of five an even series with a win in game four, but in the deciding game, Ottawa edged Vancouver 2-1 to win the Stanley Cup for a second consecutive season. The Sens Jack Darragh was the hero for the second straight year, scoring both goals in the finale. Ottawa became the first NHL team to win back-to-back Stanley Cups, and the first team since the Quebec Bulldogs in 1912 and 1913 to win two in a row.
