I read the news today oh boy

Most murderers and rapists are on the loose. The police don't have the resources to put them away. They're too busy fighting relatively petty crimes. The prison system is broken, it is not protecting citizens.

The good news is, it can be corrected overnight. Just give every non-violent prisoner the option to buy themselves out of prison. Hit them where it hurts -in the pocket book. Let them all out, after paying their fines. Why should society have to pay for THEIR crimes, does that make any sense at all?

Time for a change, the system is broken. Fix it, where's the outrage?
